Barbara Lynn Belcher Memorial Scholarship
For the past 4 years we have been offering a student scholarship in honor of Barbara Lynn Belcher who was the one of the founding teachers and first principals of RCHS. Our school would not be where it is today without her dedication and vision for a different type of high school education.
